Phoenix Spirit Group is an approved, certified, and experienced NCDOT subcontractor headquartered in Wilmington, NC. Regarding traffic control, PSG offers sales, rentals, training, and services to state-owned agencies, municipalities, and some of the area's largest private and publicly-owned companies. Currently, we are under contract with Divisions 3, 4, & 8 with NCDOT and work with area contractors daily throughout the Carolinas.
